About Kit Muhs:
I joined the Coldwell Banker team in 2003 and saw success from the start. Within weeks I was closing transactions. Prior to joining CBMRE, I co-ran a vacation rental business in Yosemite, and taught biology at Cerro Coso Community College in Mammoth. I have a bachelor's and master's degree in marine biology and have completed extensive coursework in business, accounting and tax law. I am also a Certified Foreclosure Agent Specialist and have helped homeowners sell their properties via short sales.
In my spare time, I am a science writer. My work has been displayed in the Smithsonian, and in the new Steinhart Aquarium in San Francisco's California Academy of Sciences, among many other national venues. As a science writer, I excel at taking complex information and making it clear - an important skill for realtors as well! When you work with me, I’ll clearly explain the complex issues that buyers and sellers face today, making your entire transaction as simple and easy as possible.
About Ray Doblick:
I first came to Mammoth in 1975 to race motocross. Shortly afterward, I followed my dream and moved here for the sports-oriented lifestyle. In 1979 I obtained my general contractor’s license, took classes in drafting and CAD design, and started the first of many spec homes. In 1985 I designed and built, and then lived in, one of Mammoth’s first true hybrid solar homes featuring both passive and active solar components. For several years, I also ran a vacation rental business, renting and managing my own properties in Yosemite.
